Lead Ambulatory Access Coordinator

The Lead Ambulatory Access Coordinator provides daily operational oversight and leadership to the Ambulatory Access Center team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional handling of all outpatient admission and scheduling functions across assigned clinics. This role acts as a liaison between the Corporate Director and the front-line staff, supporting departmental goals, training initiatives, and process improvement efforts to ensure optimal patient access, satisfaction, and revenue cycle efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient access, outpatient admissions, or healthcare scheduling.
