job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Control Systems Engineering (or related field) 3+ years of hands-on Emerson DeltaV experience (design, implementation, configuration) Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience (biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical devices) Proficiency in ISA-88 Batch Processing and DeltaV Batch configuration Strong knowledge of cGMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance Familiarity with automation protocols (Ethernet / IP, Modbus TCP / IP, Profibus, OPC, Foundation Fieldbus, HART) Experience conducting FAT / SAT, startup, and commissioning Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Willingness to travel up to 25% for client support

Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems for Life Sciences manufacturing
- Develop and program batch processes (ISA-88 standards)
- Collaborate with clients to create custom automation solutions that meet cGMP and regulatory standards
- Configure DeltaV controllers, HMIs, and historian systems
- Support FAT / SAT testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation life cycle requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Mentor junior engineers and share expertise with the team
