Job Description

Manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Oversee on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all projects.

Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions effectively.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project progress.

Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues promptly.

Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Experience in managing interior construction projects, particularly Class A interiors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle project challenges.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management tools.
• 3+ years of experience with a general contractor
