SCAN Group and myPlace Health are seeking a strategic facilities leader to take full ownership of the physical infrastructure that supports our participants and care teams. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our shared mission to redefine how older adults experience carehelping them age in place in their homes and communities rather than in a nursing home.

In this role, you'll be more than a project manageryou'll be a steward of the SCAN and myPlace Health brand experience, shaping the physical environments where care happens. As a trusted partner to leadership and a mentor to a growing facilities team, you'll guide everything from real estate strategy and long-term capital planning to complex construction projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring our centers are safe, welcoming, compliant, and always audit-ready.

We're seeking a visionary builder and hands-on operatorsomeone who thrives on balancing high-level strategy with practical execution. You'll strengthen vendor and landlord partnerships, build scalable processes, and shape a facilities program that has a direct, positive impact on both our participants' daily lives and our care teams' ability to deliver exceptional care.
