REMOTE ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITY!

Robert Half is working with a growing practice in Southern California that is looking to bring on an attorney. This position offers the unique opportunity to manage cases from inception through trial, primarily focusing on lemon law and expanding into personal injury matters. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of case management, including overseeing Lemon Law cases from initiation to trial.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient and effective case progression.
• Conduct depositions and occasional vehicle inspections, typically scheduled locally once a month.
• Manage a manageable caseload, starting with a smaller portfolio to build expertise.
• Participate in strategic legal planning and contribute to the firm's expansion into Personal Injury litigation.
• Prepare and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, particularly when handling cases in federal court.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent legal counsel throughout the case lifecycle.
• Support marketing initiatives designed to enhance the firm's presence and growth.
• Uphold the firm's commitment to maintaining a positive and balanced work culture.
• Active California State Bar license is required.

Experience from newly barred to 4 years are ideal for this role.
