Responsibilities

• Support Managed Network Infrastructures and Services for federal government customers as part of the Information Security Systems Engineering team.
• Provide advanced Red Hat Linux troubleshooting and system administration.
• Manage system administration using Red Hat Satellite and develop scripts with Red Hat Ansible.
• Administer VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployments; manage VDI desktops (Windows and Red Hat instant clone).
• Understand Horizon AppVols and application management; monitor and maintain remote, geographically distributed VMware vSphere infrastructures using vSAN.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups, lead stakeholder meetings, and maintain customer interactions to ensure effective problem resolution. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Administer Microsoft Windows domains and services; perform related system administration tasks and maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and publish up-to-date technical documentation of designs and configurations per L3Harris Systems Engineering processes.
• Provide support for other tools and applications as needed, focusing on application administration / management.
