Overview
This individual is responsible for supporting PBNA's bottles procurement team with analytics support on supply, category, and productivity projects. This individual will have lead accountability for ensuring all PBNA bottles are accurately set-up in payables systems and paid correctly. This individual should be flexible, highly analytical, and able to manage complex processes. Key to success will be an expert level ability within excel modeling and power BI.
Responsibilities
Analytics
- Supports the category procurement team with analytical support on ad-hoc sourcing and cost scenario modeling
- Provides RFx support such as conducting RFIs, compiling RFP packages, performing bid analyses, and providing recommendations to optimize spend
- Support with process development tools, templates, scorecards, etc as required by the team
Strategy
Maintain category documentation such as supplier profiles, supplier scorecards, and spend data to support strategyLead global cohort sessions with regional teams to collaborate and gather best practicesCollect and share out market intelligence on technology, capacity, and sustainability developments to inform strategyContracting
Manages contract routing and help draft amendments, cover letters, and spend schedulesHelp team develop contracting language such as clauses and exhibitsPricing / Invoicing
Own pricing processes for bottles and ensure they are accurately set-up in payables systemsManage pricing and productivity inputs for AOP models for accurate and on-time submissionsResin, Misc, and Scrap Tform ManagementProcess supplier invoices and provide accounts payable support to suppliers (e.g., process. invoices, resolve payment discrepancies / delays, S / 4 Hana requests, Volume no pricing).Lead AOP annual budgeting process with GP finance teamCategory Management
Serve as category lead for Muscle Milk and Pure Leaf projects-identify productivity opportunities, help write CapEx requests, and engage with suppliers and other functions to meet project timelinesCompensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within a major CPG company.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.Fluency in SAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proficiency in Power BIHigh attention to detail and ability to operate independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Notes
