BD Excellence Strategy Development And Deployment

This position is a key partner in our journey to BD Excellence, acting as reference and advisor to the WW President, Surgery and will support the Surgery Leadership Team in managing the Continuous Improvement process, with emphasis on visual management, problem solving and kaizen and will assist in deploying of strategic plans, ensuring alignment through cascading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) top-down and bottom-up. This position is responsible for delivering and coaching BD Excellence across the global [BU] organization.

Reporting to the WW President, Surgery this position focuses on four main areas :

• Driving adoption and execution of BD Excellence (Lean Principles) for the global [BU] organization with primary focus on commercial and innovation tools.
• Managing continuous improvement processes, with emphasis on kaizen facilitation, tool training, and certification programs, with a focus on visual management, problem solving, and transactional process improvement
• Maximizing the commercial analytics and marketing communications to drive commercial excellence.
• Working with Surgery leadership and the BD Excellence Office, build sustainable continuous improvement capability across the Surgery Leadership team and commercial and innovation organizations.

Education

University bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering or a related field is required.

MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
