An established Manhattan residential property management firm, known for its exceptional portfolio of luxury rentals and high-end condominium residences, is seeking a polished, experienced professional to lead operations and drive service excellence. In this role, youll oversee property staff and vendors, foster strong tenant and owner relationships, and ensure every detail reflects the firms commitment to quality. Reporting directly to the executive team, this is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant, collaborative group thats redefining what luxury property management means in New York City.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong tenant relations by addressing concerns promptly and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive tenant experience.
• Partner with the financial team to prepare accurate financial reports, operating budgets, and variance analyses supporting property performance.
• Prepare property and management reports summarizing occupancy, maintenance, and financial updates for leadership review.
• Assist in vendor management, coordinating contracts, services, and correspondence to ensure quality and cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to monitor maintenance, building services, and compliance with operational standards.
• Respond to emergencies swiftly and coordinate with staff and vendors to minimize impact and maintain safety.
• Ensure compliance with all city, state, and federal regulations, maintaining required documentation and reporting.
• Uphold property rules and regulations professionally to maintain a respectful and well-managed environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

Compensation : (commensurate with experience level) $150k $165k plus bonus, comprehensive health benefits and many other valuable perks.
