Overview of Position : This position is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences with interaction in the lift loading areas related to pass scanning and issues that may arise when a pass does not scan as Active, or guest has other pass-related issues. A Guest Experience Tickets Liaison should have a basic understanding of all activities involved in the lift line loading and crowd control area.

Job Duties : The list below best represents many tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment at Windham Mountain Club.

• Using pass scan tablet equipment and materials, ensure adherence to pass policies by guests entering lift loading area
• Coordinate with Lift Operations Manager, Tickets / Passes Cashiers, and Guest Services to troubleshoot pass issues.
• Assist Lift Operations staff with crowd control safety standards and protocol in loading area
• Escort and / or direct guests to appropriate department as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service in all guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.

Work Schedule and Conditions : We are in the business of providing a premier guest experience. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holidays which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods. Employees are responsible for wearing appropriate boots and gloves / mittens with necessary insulation for winter weather.
