Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Client Experience Managers (CXMs) to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business goals
Lead initiatives to communicate ROI and value metrics to clients, improving clarity and understanding of campaign impacts
Monitor client portfolios to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing client acquisition costs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment with a proven track record in client relationship management
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance measurement
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in performance tracking and ROI optimization
Proficiency with CRM systems and emerging AI technologies in marketing applications
