Substance Use & Mental Health Dual Licensed Therapist

JOB SUMMARY :

The position provides substance use and mental health treatment to clients in a clinic / outpatient setting, and the position includes both in-person and telehealth services. This position conducts substance use assessments and provides treatment services as needed. These services are delivered in individual, family, and group formats.

We hire fully licensed therapists, as well as those working to gather the hours necessary for full licensure. We provide the supervision necessary for licensure and give our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, including for supervision and other company meetings. Come join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR THERAPIST :

• Interview and evaluate consumers to complete the intake process.
• Complete substance use assessments for therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual, family and group substance counseling as needed.
• Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations when appropriate.
• Be knowledgeable of all clients' substance use treatment needs.
• Attend all necessary staff meetings with community team members including Drug Treatment Court (DTC), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Probation and Parole, and make appropriate recommendations as requested.
• Maintain state certification / licensure.

SALARY : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour for therapists with in-training license.

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour for fully licensed therapists, depending on experience and licensure.

LOCATION AND HOURS : Office located in Kenosha, WI with hybrid work from home opportunities. Hours are part-time with flexible and typical daytime hours Monday through Friday between the 9 : 00 am and 6 : 00 pm. However, some evening hours may be required for this position to meet client needs.
