Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Knowledge Base Associates, ensuring professional development
Oversee the creation and improvement of help documentation based on customer feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement large-scale content initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications or content creation, with 1 year in a leadership role
Extensive experience using relevant products and services
Background in small / local business marketing
Experience managing teams that produce help content
Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools
