Job Title : Workshop Service Technician

Location : Broussard, LA

Pay Rate : $16

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours

Job Purpose :

Supports the assembly and testing of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies of low complexity while developing foundational technical skills.

Main Accountabilities :

  • Apply and develop basic skills in the operation and use of procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify different kinds of product and tooling properties.
  • Complete required test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), as requested.
  • Clean components according to specifications and verbal / written instructions.
  • Assist more experienced Technicians in advanced activities and ensure that all equipment, tooling, and spare parts are ready for assembly and / or testing.
  • Learn procedures and follow safety protocols consistently.

Job Scope :

  • Entry-level role characterized as a “Learner.”
  • Performs tasks based on detailed instructions.
  • Daily contact with supervisor or more senior Technicians.

    • Typical Profile / Must Have :

  • High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma.
  • Knowledge of and experience with tools, equipment, and basic techniques.

    • Work Environment :

  • Shop environment with high noise levels.
  • May work with high-pressure equipment and chemicals.
  • May be subject to inclement weather conditions.

    • Benefits :
