Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K / yr. Position available for remote full-time and part-time clinicians.

The compensation package includes starting salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, generous paid vacation and sick leave, paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation, and full administrative support.

We are clinician-led and clinician-focused, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach and strong administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy.
• Provide high-quality care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• For Full-Time status, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
