Responsibilities
- Direct the creative vision and seasonal assortments for baby apparel (girls, boys, and unisex), ensuring trend-right, commercial designs.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver buyer and trend presentations, supporting line adoption and retailer engagement.
- Collaborate with licensing partners and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, brand-right collections.
- Integrate off-price strategies and baby accessories into assortments to drive growth across multiple channels.
