Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to every guest, creating the ultimate in-store experience through product knowledge, customer empathy, and a passion for technology.
What You Will Be Doing
Benefits
We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum requirements for paid sick leave are provided under applicable state law if applicable.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company's expense, and various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
