  • Current Illinois RN license required.

  • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
  • License / Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start.

    • Additional Details

  • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
  • Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start.
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination required.
  • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025; exemptions accepted with mask requirement.
  • Health Statement required prior to first assignment.
