• Date : 3 / 3-3 / 7, 4 / 28-5 / 2, 6 / 30-7 / 4, 8 / 4-8 / 8, 9 / 15-9 / 19, 11 / 10-11 / 24
• Schedule : 8hr shift M-F in the clinic and possibility for working night / weekend call if needed
• Trauma level 3
• Patient Volume : average 15 patients per shift, average 5 new consults per week
• Support Staff : site has 1 radiation oncologist, 2 medical oncologists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 4 radiation therapists
• EMR : Epic
• Requirements : WA license or IMLC, BC / BE, BLS, fellowship preferred
• Credentialing : 90 days
