A bit about us :

We are a long-established boutique law firm based in Los Angeles, focused on real estate, land use, and environmental matters. For more than two decades, we’ve represented property owners, neighborhood organizations, and development professionals in navigating the complex processes of land use and zoning across Southern California. Our attorneys bring extensive experience working with multiple city and county agencies, including deep familiarity with Los Angeles procedures and policies. The firm combines the sophistication of large-scale representation with the accessibility and responsiveness of a small practice.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to work closely with respected leaders in the land use and CEQA field while handling projects that directly shape the communities where we live and work. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of entitlement and litigation matters, gaining exposure to all aspects of the land use process—from administrative hearings to high-impact court actions. We maintain a collaborative environment where initiative and independent thinking are encouraged, and every attorney plays a visible role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
