Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly qualified Senior Architect with deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (with a focus on PBCS / EPBCS). This role will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions that enable seamless financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple platforms. The Senior Architect will partner with Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure Oracle ERP and EPM systems integrate effectively with other enterprise applications, aligning with T-Mobile’s digital transformation roadmap.

• This position will sit in Bellevue, WA OR Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.

Base Pay Range : $102,000 - $184,000

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
