AAMCI is excited to hire an energetic individual who is qualified with project based section 8 / LIHTC experience to join our team as Assistant Community Manager at a 100-unit senior / disabled community located in Chattanooga, TN.
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, $20-$22 per hour
The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 / LIHTC rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
