Modern Heating and Plumbing LLC / LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Prepare Estimate and Bid on Residential & Commercial Projects
- Install new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to Emergency Maintenance requests
- Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings and technical vendor training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations
