Main areas of responsibility include :

• Represents Johnson and Johnson Vision Surgical (JJVS) Capital Products to appropriate customer base within a designated geographical area, placing major emphasis on increasing the adoption of equipment that includes Phaco, LCS, Femto, Excimer and Aberrometer technologies.
• Responsible for all capital sales of JJSV portfolio and achieving sales quota.
• Provides expert knowledge about products and surgical techniques to potential customers. Teach new and current customers techniques with Phaco, LCS and Refractive Suites advancing our exposure and market share.
• Work with DBM, AE, KAE and PPS team to find new leads and close business.
• Keeps all leads and accounts current in CRM systems (EyeForce).
• Responsible for facilitating Service Agreements Achieves sales goals on Equipment and Procedures.
