Instructional Design Lead

A company is looking for an ISD Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles

Manage a team of instructional designers, providing mentorship and quality assurance oversight

Conduct learning needs assessments and audience analysis to inform design strategy

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field

6+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies

Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM / xAPI standards
