The Marketing Manager is key to ensuring that there is consistency with our products, services, and brands. This role relies on self-guided research to understand our target audiences to translate this into creating strategies to drive brand differentiation and loyalty through thoughtfully planned and executed marketing campaigns across different channels, such as retail, digital, social websites, print, and events.

The Marketing Manager works closely with other teams, such as trade, eCom, and product development and external partners to ensure their campaigns are effective. This role is responsible for the creation of engaging product marketing strategies and content to deliver targets on budget. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of the products or services they are promoting.

Key Responsibilities Bring the brand's DNA to life across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency of brand voice & tone.

Perform ongoing analysis of the brand performance, competitors, and category to identify opportunities to accelerate the growth of brands.

Support the planning, developing, and implementing of product marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and product launches.

Work closely with Product Development to identify product gaps and opportunities.

Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns including new product launches, and strategic brand campaigns.

Develop Retailer Promotional Programs, events, and Calendar.

Develop promotional Kits / bundles following margins guideline and analyze performances.

Develop sampling programs, promotions, and collaborate with the Director on Partnerships to serve all channels and partners.

Create retailer meeting preparation and deck creation, including bi-annual Market meetings.

Develop productive retailer assortments including all pertinent setup files.

Operate within the retailer defined marketing budget.

Lead the creation of retailer planograms and secondary placement fixtures.

Act as the main point person for retailers and retail service providers, participate in all calls and own the internal communication.

Manage all retailer requests for marketing campaigns, and all assets including digital.

Lead retailer product page management from seasonal new launch updates to ongoing maintenance and optimization.

Develop and manage the product marketing calendar.

Ideate new concepts for brand events (influencer, retail, community) and oversee the run-of-show, budgeting, and implementation to ensure event objectives are met.

Track and manage all press mentions and assist with brand collaborations.

Work closely with Copywriter to ensure maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice.

Requirements +5-7 years of marketing experience.

Bachelor’s degree is a bonus (Marketing, Communications, Management, etc.).

Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Thorough understanding of the marketing mix and market research methods.

Creative and innovative mindset.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
