Onward Search is partnering with a fast-growing digital finance company to hire a Content Strategist (Tier 2) . Join their Customer Experience (CX) Content team to rewrite, structure, and optimize Help Center content for accuracy, clarity, and AI-readiness. This is a 6‑month REMOTE role.
Base pay range
$45.00 / hr – $50.00 / hr
What You’ll Do
- Rewrite and structure Help Center articles using standardized templates
- Apply taxonomy and metadata to improve discoverability and chatbot performance
- Validate content accuracy with Product and Legal teams
- Maintain editorial quality and consistency across all content
- Deliver ~20 articles per week while supporting AI‑driven experiences
- Document process improvements and refine workflows
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in content strategy, writing, or editing (Help Centers preferred)Experience with Contentful or similar CMSStrong writing and analytical skills with operational disciplineCross‑functional collaboration experience with Product, Legal, or CX teamsFamiliarity with structured content, metadata, and AI / chatbot enablementTech, crypto, or financial services experienceNice to Have
Familiarity with Smartling, Jira, Asana, or Google WorkspaceUnderstanding of localization workflowsBenefits
