What You’ll Do :

Provide compassionate personal care to a set caseload of hospice patients.
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

What We’re Looking For :

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Texas.
