What you will do

• Be the technical authority and trusted advisor on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
• Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executives
• Align platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and value
• Guide deployment, architecture, and operational best practices
• Lead workshops to accelerate adoption and maximize platform impact
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction
• Partner with Sales on retention and growth
• Collaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and $179,300 USD / year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
