Schedule & Duties :

Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Overtime : Paid after 8 hours

Call : Weekend call rotation (Friday 5 PM - Monday 7 AM)

Patient Volume : 18-20 clinic patients daily

Hospital Rounding : As needed during primary call weeks for consults and inpatient care

Procedures : None required

Candidate Requirements :

Active Indiana license or IMLC

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology / Oncology (within 5 years of residency)

Minimum 2 years of experience

ACLS and BLS (AHA issued)

Flu vaccination required (medical / religious exemption allowed)
