Role Requirements for an AT&T Success Associate
Drive residential outreach across assigned zones, introducing AT&T Fiber through approved digital engagement protocols and campaign workflows.
Manage onboarding with precision—ensuring clean documentation, accurate service tier selection, and activation timelines that meet AT&T benchmarks.
Present tailored service proposals aligned with client connectivity goals, usage patterns, and budget priorities.
Maintain CRM integrity by logging enrollment activity, pipeline movement, and service status to support campaign tracking and performance forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams to align provisioning readiness and delivery benchmarks, ensuring seamless activation across all assigned accounts.
Monitor territory metrics and surface insights that sharpen outreach strategy, improve enrollment velocity, and support long-term retention.
