A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Investigations to oversee enterprise-wide sales investigations with a focus on Medicare sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy for sales investigations, ensuring timely resolution of cases
Lead and mentor a team of investigators, aligning with company values and compliance expectations
Direct investigations into potential sales misconduct and provide executive-level reporting on outcomes and risks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in compliance, legal studies, or a related field; master's degree or JD preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in investigations, compliance, or regulatory affairs within healthcare or insurance
5+ years of management experience in investigative or compliance teams
Strong understanding of Medicare product sales practices and CMS regulations
Proven ability to handle complex investigations with discretion and integrity
