No Services Available On-Site : Laboratory, Radiology Documentation System / EMR : AthenaHealth Practice Population : Adult,Geriatric Required General Procedures : EKG Interpretation Required Surgical Procedures : I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations Required Occupational Medicine Procedures : Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams Board Certified - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine - Required Local providers - only mileage will be reimbursed- Required NJ license in hand - Required Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency - Required Clean Background - Highly preferred BLS - Required
