ERP IT Manager

A company is looking for an ERP IT Manager (Infor Lawson & UKG).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day service requests, incidents, change tickets, and task queues for business applications

Oversee Infor development work and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor management

Lead stakeholder meetings to prioritize and manage business needs across various departments

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in IT application support / administration, including Infor and / or UKG

Demonstrated success in managing service requests, incident / change management, and system integrations

Strong vendor management experience with SaaS / ERP platforms

Hands-on experience with HR / payroll system administration and reporting
