job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and / or other security-related incidents. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily duties. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Possession of a valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred. Experience with access control systems and / or badge management is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Job Description
As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol automotive locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the area. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone on site. Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
