Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Techno-Functional professional with expertise in US payroll business processes and Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Payroll and fast formulas and be able to effectively manage and optimize payroll operations.
Responsibilities-
- Payroll Management : Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US employees.
- Oracle Cloud Payroll : Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and financial systems.
- Fast Formulas : Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate payroll calculations and processes.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting : Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of payroll processes.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on US payroll business processes.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Payroll and hands-on experience with fast formulas.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
