Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of corrugator machine operation during your assigned shift, ensuring targets for production, quality, and waste are met.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, promoting teamwork and high performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement adjustments to maintain product specifications.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Enforce company safety regulations and promote safe work practices across the shift.
• Manage raw material usage and inventory relevant to corrugator operations.
• Prepare detailed production reports and communicate effectively with management and other shifts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for operational issues, quickly identifying and implementing solutions.
