Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of corrugator machine operation during your assigned shift, ensuring targets for production, quality, and waste are met.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, promoting teamwork and high performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Enforce company safety regulations and promote safe work practices across the shift.
- Manage raw material usage and inventory relevant to corrugator operations.
- Prepare detailed production reports and communicate effectively with management and other shifts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for operational issues, quickly identifying and implementing solutions.
Recommended Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a corrugation or similar heavy manufacturing setting.Thorough understanding of high-speed corrugator operations and associated equipment.Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative atmosphere.Proven track record of improving safety, quality, and productivity metrics.Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and production schedules.Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.Preferred Qualifications :
