We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Supervisor to oversee key financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes within our organization. Responsibilities :
- Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial transactions.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Conduct detailed financial statement audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Prepare and review annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
- Monitor and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead the reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to support organizational decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes to GAAP accounting standards and ensure compliance across all financial activities.
