Responsibilities :

• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial transactions.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Conduct detailed financial statement audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare and review annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
• Monitor and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead the reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support organizational decision-making.
• Stay updated on changes to GAAP accounting standards and ensure compliance across all financial activities.
