Project Cost Manager

A company is looking for a Director, Project Cost Management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets and maintain cost control reports

Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and assess project documentation for compliance

Identify potential risks impacting project deliverables and develop risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts

Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and expertise in estimating software

Highly organized with strong analytical skills
