Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary resource for clients, assisting them with services and inquiries
Handle telephone inquiries and bookings from travel agents and direct customers
Consult with customers on product offerings and assist in planning tailor-made holiday extensions
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
Passion for customer service and consultative selling to high-end travel customers
Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments effectively
