An established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Peoria, AZ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its innovative and collaborative team. This role features a hybrid practice model , blending in-person care with telehealth visits to improve patient access and enhance clinical flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $85,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Monthly Performance Bonus : $500 – $2,000 (RVU-based)
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus : $50,000 for qualified candidates
