About the Role :

Join our team to support engineering and manufacturing by optimizing product flow, improving quality, and boosting efficiency. You’ll develop and maintain fabrication processes, troubleshoot equipment, and manage projects. Using LEAN, Six Sigma, and 6S, you’ll drive continuous improvement in the production of medical subcomponents—helping us innovate and excel.

What You’ll Do :

  • Optimize product flow and quality in manufacturing
  • Develop, document, and maintain fabrication processes
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
  • Lead and support process improvement projects
  • Use Six Sigma, LEAN, and 6S methodologies
  • Support daily operations and yield goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Operate and maintain industrial equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

What You’ll Need :

  • Associate’s degree (AA) in Engineering
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN tools
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities
  • PC and industrial equipment operation skills

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Pro-E
  • Action-oriented and able to work independently
  • Solution-focused and organized
  • Ability to train others
