Therapist – Pediatric Mental Health Hospital
Starting Salary : $57,000+ Annually (Based on Education & Experience)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
($1,250 paid at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year of employment)
Are you a dedicated mental health professional passionate about helping children heal and thrive? Camber Children’s Mental Health is seeking a Therapist to join our compassionate, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy, complete intake evaluations, and collaborate closely with community partners to ensure each child receives the highest quality care.

What You’ll Do :
Provide case management for children in care.
Complete intake evaluations and conduct individual and group therapy.
Collaborate with hospital liaisons, mental health centers, and community partners to address client needs.
Deliver care that is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and family-centered.
What We Offer :
Starting Salary : $57,000 annually, increasing based on education and experience
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in four installments during your first year

What We’re Looking For :
Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
Licensure : LMSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LPC, LCPC, LSCSW, or another approved license with the Kansas BSRB. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and / or adolescents in a hospital setting.
Must be at least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
