Assistant Service Center Manager

As an Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM), you are the right hand of the Service Center Manager. You are responsible for taking the lead in helping build a high-performing team capable of delivering the Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) service experience. In addition to working on cars and taking care of our guests, you will lead, train, and supervise hourly employees.

Only candidates with six months in a supervisory position will be considered.

New hire wages for this position start at $18.50 per hour. Upon completion of ASCM training, the wage will increase to $20.50 per hour.
