7 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM Monday–Friday , plus
every other weekend and holiday

We are expanding our
CHAMP (Client Homecare Ambassador and Mentor Professional)
program and seeking
2-3 experienced care professionals
to join our team in a dual role as
Caregiver / Floater and CHAMP .
You are a
seasoned caregiver
with
2-4 years of hands-on experience , a heart for seniors, and the flexibility to adapt to a variety of client needs and environments. You’re a natural mentor, a calm problem-solver, and a proactive communicator who thrives in dynamic settings.
Caregiver / Floater Duties
Be available to work
any shift
and serve
any client
as needed
Cover
callouts ,
unassigned shifts , and
start-of-care visits
Maintain
professionalism ,
empathy , and
respect
in all interactions
Handle challenging situations with
poise ,
patience , and
discretion
Accept shifts without refusal unless prior approval is granted by the Director of Operations
Adapt to different clients and environments during the first 30 days
Accurately document care in
WellSky
in a timely manner
Provide
hands-on care
to all clients, including those with :
Pets
Smoking environments
Driving needs
Hoyer lifts
Bedbound conditions
CHAMP Duties
Define and revise
care plans
for senior clients
Mentor and coach caregivers to improve client outcomes
Help new caregivers understand and implement care plans
Conduct
client satisfaction checks ,
peer evaluations , and
caregiver observations
Support agency operations : recruiting, schedule monitoring, training
Assist with
after-hours monitoring
(additional pay)
Be available for
last-minute weekend shifts
every other weekend

✅ Qualifications
2-4 years of senior care experience in a home setting
English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of insurance
Reliable transportation required
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Willing to participate in additional training (online or in-person)
Two professional references required

8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday
