The Business Manager is a key member of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment. This role supports a wide range of administrative functions, including facilities coordination, internal communications, employee support, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and proactive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming office. In addition to core office management duties, this role may also provide support for business development and marketing efforts as needed.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and general facility needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external office-related inquiries.
- Manage executive and team calendars, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, and office-wide communications.
- Organize and support company events, office gatherings, and internal initiatives.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; update office policies and procedures as needed.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration and maintain a professional, productive office environment.
- Assist with the preparation of client-facing materials and proposals.
- Enter and update client and prospect data in the CRM system.
- Support marketing and communications tasks such as event logistics or social media content.
- Track and report basic business development activities.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with scheduling tools, basic HR systems, or CRM platforms (preferred). .
