Experience :

Minimum years of experience in critical care necessary.

License :

Current nursing license required.

Certifications :

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification required.

Must-Have :

Experience with open heart surgery (CABG), neuroscience, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is required.

Experience in a high acuity ICU setting is essential.

Familiarity with an electronic health record system is mandatory.

Description :

We are seeking experienced nurses for critical care positions.

Candidates should have a strong background in caring for post-operative cardiac patients.

Experience managing high acuity patients in an ICU setting is needed.

The ability to work with patients recovering from CABG, strokes, and neuro cases is crucial.

A schedule that includes working every other weekend and holiday is expected.

Floating to different units may be required depending on census levels.

Sick calls, especially on weekends, will require a commitment to make up shifts.

All candidates must hold valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Experience with CRRT and emergency procedures is highly preferred.
