We’re looking for a Laboratory Tech I to join our Madison, WI team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about science and eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Our lab location in Madison, WI is hiring full-time Food Laboratory Technicians. (40 hours / week plus benefits included). Over-Time hours are available

Compensation : Starting hourly rates $20 - $22 D.O.E. plus a competitive benefits package. Three days off each week!

Tuesday; Thursday - Saturday 10 : 30am - 9pm

Tuesday; Thursday - Saturday 9am - 7 : 30pm

Thursday - Sunday 9am - 7 : 30pm

Sunday - Tuesday; Thursday 10 : 30am - 9pm

Shifts are 4 : 10 schedules and will be filled in order of need)

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Entry Level Position : We Are Happy to Train
• Must have an interest in learning basic knowledge of microbiology and to accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results.
• A basic knowledge of personal computers is useful to accurately enter testing data and results.
• Planning skills are useful to maintain supplies of analysis materials and ensure analysis is completed within a specified time.
• Basic math skills are essential to complete analysis.
• Physical dexterity is required for manipulating samples.
