Location : Wentzville, MO

High attention to detail a plus; comfortable working with multiple departments

7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. M-F with some Saturday OT work.

Salary : 60k / yr with benefits and PTO

The Supply Chain Ops Specialist is responsible for the specialized operational function(s) for assigned work group(s) in a SCS logistics operation. This role has a unique skillset to provide specialized / customized service for SCS customers and / or site location. Position responsibility may include advanced troubleshooting on systematic processes, resolution decision making to avoid logistical errors, specialized reporting or processes for MGT, etc. This position could provide direct supervision and will assist with new hire training, processes, routines, etc. May interact with carriers and / or the customer based on the complexity and scope of the account. All work is subject to review by location Ryder Corporate Process Owners such as Finance, Human Resources, Safety, Ops, etc. Error could result in customer dissatisfaction, loss of inventory, loss of profit, safety or security incident.

Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type : Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : 55000

Maximum Pay Range : 60000
