job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver professional learning sessions to educators, both in person and online Provide coaching and support to help teachers enhance their math instruction skills Facilitate meetings with school and district leaders to analyze data and plan for successful outcomes Model effective teaching strategies and classroom lessons for adult learners Collaborate with districts to elevate math education conversations and practices Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching math in a K-12 setting Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional learning for adult learners Experience delivering professional development in both in-person and online formats Must be located in Massachusetts and willing to travel throughout the state Experience with ST Math Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Windows PC or Mac computers Previous experience in coaching and planning situations for educators
